An average per person spend for food for a budget dinner is $25-$45 per person, nice dinner is $46-75 per person and luxury meal is $76-200 per person. Your food choices and service style (buffet, family style or plated) will be the determining factor on pricing. We require catering staff be onsite for the duration of the reception and for clean-up. For cake, desserts and specialty items like coffee bars, you can bring in whomever you like.

linen and dishes rentals
At a minimum, you must rent your linens and any differing or additional tables and chairs beyond what we provide at each facility from Party Pro Rents.
Linen pricing for a 120” linen that covers a 60” round guest table starts at around $15 per table, up to $65 per table. A 90”x156” linen covers an 8’ guest or buffet table and is around $17 per table and goes up to $70 per table. You can seat 8-10 people at either of these tables.

Coordination and Planning
We require you hire, at a minimum, a professional month-of coordinator from our list of approved coordinators/planners.
Our collection of wedding coordinators contains 16 vetted, merit-based professionals. You can do 100% of the planning on your own and hand it over to your month-of coordinator to implement, or you can hire any of the companies provided as partial or full-service planners. Month-of coordinators from our list range from $1,750 to $3,000. You may request an approval process for professionals not listed.
To protect the high-touch experience of our couples, our exclusive wedding coordinator/planner list is shared directly with contracted clients as well as a comprehensive, recommended vendor list of every other possible category of wedding professionals.
