Dream Point Ranch has created a partnership with several fantastic caterers, giving you a range of price points and your choice of menu options.
When choosing catering and bar service, it is possible to create a phenomenal meal and bar for 150 guests for under $5,000 from any of the catering options below. Please note that your venue fee does not include catering and bar.
In any of the companies listed below, an average spend for food only for a budget dinner is $15-$29 per person, for a nice dinner is $30-$50 per person and a luxury meal is $50+ per person. Your menu choices and service level and style (buffet or plated) selections will be the determining factor on pricing.

Is any catering company perfect? No, we are all human, but we are also all local, small business owners that will give our absolute best to you every time we are with you. There is due diligence on behalf of the client that is required when hiring any wedding professional. Personalities and communicated expectations need to be a fit. These people are with you on your wedding day! Go with companies that fit well into what you envision for your sweet memories of your wedding day.
PLEASE NOTE - A flat fee will be assessed for going outside of the listed companies.
Basic bar service for 150 guests starts at around $500
Basic bar service is for beer and wine, adding mixed drinks, specialty cocktails or full bar will increase the price.
The cost for bar service for your event is entirely dependent on guest count, number of bartenders, whether or not you are providing your own alcohol and what you are choosing to serve.
If you would like to bring in a specialty tap truck or boutique bar, you are more than welcome to do so, but only if the actual alcohol service on the day of the wedding is provided by one of the companies listed above. We do not allow any events with self-service alcohol, and do not permit shots or straight or neat liquor anywhere on the property. Is that really the memory you want for your wedding day?

exclusive linen rentals
We are in contract with Party Pro Rents for rentals. The simple reason for this is that the indoor tables and chairs in each facility are Party Pro’s and they aren’t charging you for use. (Hello, saving $$!) In exchange for that, you get to go through them for your table items.
Linen pricing for a 120” linen that covers a 60” round table starts at $15 per table, up to $65 per table, depending on your chosen linen. A 90”x156” linen covers an 8’ table and is $17 per table and goes up to $70 per table depending on your selection. You can seat 8-10 people at either of these tables.
It is understandable that not every client will want to rent dishes; disposables are perfectly acceptable. At a minimum, you must rent your linens and any differing or additional tables and chairs beyond what we provide at each facility from Party Pro Rents.
Party Pro has an entire showroom where you can set an appointment and basically get to play dress up with the tables to find your perfect choices!

why exclusive vendors?
We were in business for 6 years and remained open vendor, allowing guests to bring in their own caterer, and we have seen everything. EVERYTHING. And while sometimes it works out, that’s not always the case. So in our 7th year of business, we have intentionally tightened up this category and now give you 5 different catering options for your wedding day. Within each of these catering companies, you can have a simple, delicious menu or you can go as extravagant as you like - it is based solely on the menu items and service level you choose. Most clients choose buffet service, but we love a well-executed, plated meal and can easily accommodate either choice.
We don’t make any money on your food, bar or linen/dishes rentals. We simply want you to have an exceptional experience and work with professionals that meet our standards. What each individual company recommends or requires is between you and them.
To help keep costs down, you will communicate directly with your chosen catering and bar company as well as Party Pro Rents. You will only inform us of which catering company you have chosen after you sign your contract with them and pay their deposit, and then again at the two week walk through. You are also able to choose bar service from exclusive caterers or choose from the bar service companies listed above.
